VIP PASS - LIFE AI Renewal Policy

Program Objectives

The LIFE AI VIP Pass Renewal Program is designed with the following objectives:

• To ensure users maintain continuous access to VIP privileges without interruption.
• To encourage timely renewal through the provision of valuable, practical incentives.
• To establish an automated, equitable, and transparent renewal process designed to protect the interests of both users and the LIFE AI community.

Early Renewal Benefits

Users who renew their VIP Pass at least three (3) days prior to its expiration date will receive:

• 🎁 01 voucher worth $20 for purchasing Genetica products on LIFE MarketPlace.
• Redeemable for personal use or gifted to family and loved ones.
• Valid for 30 days; not convertible to cash.

Automated Renewal Notifications

LIFE AI will send notifications to VIP users via App, Email, Zalo, WhatsApp, or LINE at these times:

• 10, 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before expiry: Reminders to renew and maintain benefits.
• 1, 6, and 7 days after expiry: Final warning and account status update.

A copy of these reminders will also be sent to user direct referrer, so they can better support and accompany you through the renewal process.

After 7 Days Without Renewal

If your VIP Pass remains expired for more than 7 days, your account will revert to a standard account, and the system will proceed as follows:

1. 1. Community Restructuring

   Members linked to your account will be reassigned to the user's direct referrer to maintain system continuity.

2. 2. Handling of Unused Benefits (Transparently)
1. a. LIFE Points in Commit Pool
1. i. These will be used by the system to settle any LIFE Points advanced during your commitment period (Loan-to-Commit). Any remaining balance will be automatically transferred to your verified wallet when the Commit matures.
2. ii. Commit Handling When VIP Expires Commit is a privilege exclusively for VIP Members. When the VIP Pass expires:
   1. 1. No new commits can be created.
   2. 2. Active commits that have not yet matured will be paused at the time of VIP expiration.
   3. 3. When the VIP is renewed, the paused commits will be reactivated, and the duration will continue counting from the date of the new VIP purchase.
   4. 4. Example: If a user had committed for 90 days before VIP expiration and then renewed VIP one month later → the commit will resume at day 91 and continue counting until it reaches 365 days.
3. iii. LIFE AI will not take any action beyond what was previously agreed upon.
2. b. LIFE Points in Personal Pool (not yet eligible for withdrawal)
   1. i. These will be returned by the system to the Global Pool to continue serving the community.

Rejoining After Expiration

Users returning more than 7 days after their VIP Pass has expired will be treated as new VIP Pass users in the system.

This VIP Pass Renewal Policy is established and issued by LIFE AI to provide clear, complete, and transparent information to users and the community participating in the LIFE App platform.

1. 1. LIFE AI is not a financial, credit, or banking institution

   LIFE AI does not offer activities related to lending, borrowing, financial investment, securities trading, or any form of capital raising.

2. 2. LIFE Points are internal reward points

   LIFE Points do not function as payment, investment, or cash equivalents. LIFE Points are for internal use only within the LIFE AI ecosystem, according to community principles that have been transparently published.

3. 3. LIFE AI is a Decentralized Science (DeSci) platform

   LIFE AI is built on the mission of connecting a community to contribute collaboratively to Decentralized Science (DeSci), where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to, own, and benefit from scientific advancements transparently and fairly.

   LIFE AI is not a financial platform, not DeFi, and does not operate under any financial products. No commitments are made regarding profits, investments, value appreciation, or income related to activities on the platform.

4. 4. LIFE AI respects privacy and complies with the law

   Personal information and user interactions on the system are used by LIFE AI only with explicit consent from the user.

   LIFE AI strictly adheres to the applicable laws in its jurisdiction regarding privacy, personal data ownership, and information security.

   We believe every user has the right to own, control, and decide how their data is used – consistent with the spirit of the self-sovereign identity (SSI) model.
